By downloading or using AAWAKEN, you agree to these Terms of Use.
If you do not agree, please do not use the app. These Terms form a binding agreement between you and AAWAKEN.
AAWAKEN is a personal state-management application that provides guided audio experiences, personalized affirmations, voice cloning, AI-generated scripts, and related wellness tools.
Some features require a paid Pro subscription.
AAWAKEN is not a medical, mental health, or therapeutic service. Content generated within AAWAKEN is for personal wellness, motivation, and personal development purposes only. It is not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, psychiatric, or emergency care.
AAWAKEN Pro is available on a monthly or annual subscription basis, billed through your Apple ID via the Apple App Store.
All billing, cancellations, and refund requests are managed through Apple. To cancel your subscription, go to your Apple Account settings, then Subscriptions, then AAWAKEN.
AAWAKEN does not process subscription payments directly and cannot issue refunds. These are handled entirely by Apple under their standard policies.
Subscription access continues until the end of the current billing period after cancellation.
Deleting your AAWAKEN account does not automatically cancel an active Apple subscription. Cancel your subscription separately through Apple before deleting your account.
My Voice is an optional feature that allows you to create personalized audio experiences using an enrolled voice.
By completing voice enrollment, you confirm that:
You may not enroll another person's voice without their explicit written consent. Doing so is a violation of these Terms and may constitute a violation of applicable law.
Your voice must not be used through AAWAKEN to impersonate, deceive, defraud, or misrepresent any person.
AAWAKEN uses artificial intelligence to generate scripts, coaching, affirmations, and audio.
AI-generated content is provided as a starting point. For My Voice experiences that include script review, you are shown the full script before any narration is generated, and you may edit or reject any content that does not reflect your intentions.
The final script you approve is the exact text used to generate your personalized narration. Nothing is added or changed after your approval.
The scripts you approve, the edits you make, and the audio sessions you save remain yours. You retain ownership of your personal content.
You grant AAWAKEN a limited license to store and process your content for the sole purpose of delivering the service to you.
We do not use your personal scripts or voice data to train AI models.
You may not use AAWAKEN to:
We aim to keep AAWAKEN available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access.
Voice generation requires a network connection and depends on third-party services. Temporary unavailability of those services may affect My Voice features.
Previously generated and cached audio sessions remain accessible offline.
AAWAKEN is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
We do not warrant that the service will be error-free, that results will meet your expectations, or that AI-generated content will always be accurate or appropriate for your situation.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, AAWAKEN shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app or the AI-generated content within it.
Our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the three months prior to the claim.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to AAWAKEN for violations of these Terms or for other conduct that we determine, in our reasonable judgment, is harmful to other users, to AAWAKEN, or to third parties.
You may stop using AAWAKEN and request deletion of your account at any time.
We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page.
Continued use of AAWAKEN after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
