This Privacy Policy explains what information AAWAKEN collects, how we use it, and the choices you have regarding your information.
When you use AAWAKEN, we may collect information that you provide directly to us, including:
AAWAKEN includes an optional feature called My Voice that allows you to create personalized audio experiences using a voice you have enrolled.
When you choose to use My Voice, voice recordings and related audio information may be processed for the purpose of creating your personalized voice experience.
You should only enroll a voice that belongs to you or that you are otherwise legally authorized to use.
Your voice must not be used through AAWAKEN to impersonate, deceive, defraud, or misrepresent another person.
When AAWAKEN generates personalized narration, generated audio may be securely stored or cached so that you can replay the experience without generating the same audio again.
AAWAKEN may use artificial intelligence to help create personalized coaching, preparation scripts, reflections, affirmations, and other experiences.
Information you provide may be processed to generate the experience you request.
For My Voice experiences that provide script review, you can review and edit the script before creating the narration.
The final script you approve is the text used to create that personalized narration.

AAWAKEN uses trusted third-party technology providers to operate parts of the service.

Information is shared with service providers only as reasonably necessary to provide the applicable functionality.
Third-party services may also process information according to their own privacy policies and contractual obligations.
Purchases and subscriptions made through the iOS application are processed by Apple.
AAWAKEN may receive information regarding your subscription status, transaction status, and access entitlement.
AAWAKEN does not receive your complete payment-card information from Apple.
If you give AAWAKEN permission to send notifications, the app may provide reminders, Daily Promise check-ins, preparation reminders, or other notifications based on features and schedules you choose.
You can modify notification permissions through AAWAKEN or your device settings.
AAWAKEN retains personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, maintain security, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, and operate the features you request.
Different categories of information may have different retention periods.
Cached personalized audio may remain associated with your account until it is deleted according to AAWAKEN's applicable deletion processes.

AAWAKEN provides a method for requesting deletion of your account.
When an account is deleted, associated personal information will be deleted or de-identified subject to legitimate security, legal, fraud-prevention, and regulatory retention requirements.
Deleting your AAWAKEN account does not automatically cancel an active Apple subscription.
Apple subscriptions must be managed separately through your Apple Account.
We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect your information.
However, no internet-connected system or method of electronic storage can guarantee absolute security.
AAWAKEN is not intended for children who are below the minimum age permitted to use the service under applicable law without appropriate authorization.
If we learn that personal information from a child has been collected contrary to applicable requirements, we will take appropriate steps to address it.
AAWAKEN is designed for wellness, personal development, reflection, motivation, and state-management purposes.
